Terms of Use

Welcome to El & Blaise Moving LLC. By using our moving and delivery services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Service Agreement
   El & Blaise Moving LLC agrees to provide moving and delivery services as outlined in the service contract or quote. Services will be performed with reasonable care and professionalism.

2. Scheduling and Cancellations
   Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Cancellation or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service.

3. Pricing and Payment
   All prices are based on the scope of work agreed upon at booking. Additional charges may apply for extra services, heavy items, or extended labor/time. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

4. Refund Policy
   We collect payment only after your move is completed, so no refunds are issued for completed jobs.

5. Customer Responsibilities
   Customers must ensure all items to be moved or delivered are ready and accessible at the scheduled time. Customers are responsible for packing fragile items unless full packing services are requested.

6. Liability and Insurance
   Alem Moving & Delivery Solutions takes care to handle all items safely. However, we are not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions or improper packing.

7. Damages and Claims
   Any claims for damage or loss must be reported immediately upon service completion. El & Blaise Moving LLC will review and investigate claims in good faith.

8. Junk Removal
   For junk removal services, customers must ensure that all items to be hauled are legal to dispose of. El & Blaise Moving LLC reserves the right to refuse hazardous or prohibited materials.

9. Heavy Item Handling
   Specialized equipment and procedures are used for heavy or oversized items. Customers must disclose such items at booking to ensure proper preparation and pricing.

10. Force Majeure
    El & Blaise Moving LLC is not responsible for delays or inability to perform services due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, accidents, or traffic conditions.

11. Governing Law
    These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which El & Blaise Moving LLC operates.
